In 2004, Andrew Jay Saltzman, motivated by his vision to create a highly professional real estate and rental agency, launched City Central Realty, LLC (CCRE). With over a decade of experience, Andrew has mastered the ins and outs of the Boston real estate industry, expanding CCRE into four neighborhood branches. Rock n Roll legend, Rush, once sang: Courageous convictions will drag the dream into existence. Stephen Bourassa
Executive Vice President

Stephen Bourassa originally moved to Boston in 1979 to attend Boston University and Berklee College of Music. Desiring a life change in 2003, Stephen decided to get his Real Estate license and two years later joined the CCRE team. Stephen mixes a laid back, low pressure attitude with 7 years of property sales and rental leasing experience: “It’s important to meet and listen to what a client has to say before putting a showing together. You’re not just renting an apartment; you’re renting a home.” As music has always been part of his life, Stephen is also the owner of New England Jazz Productions.

Whitney Geden
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Whitney Geden has been a real estate agent with CCRE since she became licensed in 2006. Whitney’s deep commitment to service ensures her clients receive the most accurate information as soon as it becomes available. Since moving to Boston from Florida in 2005 for graduate school, Whitney has developed a strong knowledge of the city and its surrounding areas. This migration experience allows her to help many out-of-state clients find an appropriate apartment without their ever needing to leave home. Whitney has also recently begun to assist many of her rental clients as they undertake their first foray into home ownership. She currently lives in Brookline.

Pete Cassani
Sales and Leasing Agent

Pete Cassani has been ROCKIN Real Estate since 1999! With a decade of experience exclusively in Boston area, and as a resident of the Allston/Brighton since 1988, Pete is well versed in all aspects of the most popular neighborhoods. As a local independent artist, Pete Cassani’s straightforward style focuses on finding a stellar new place to live at a price his clients can afford. Pete's motto is: If I can't help you, I won't hurt you! Students and young professionals comprise the majority of his clients.

Nick Nugent

Nicholas Nugent originally hails from the Newton and has been a working as a rental agent in the Boston area for over 7 years. As a resident of Jamaica Plain since 2000, Nick is familiar with the unique characteristics of all of Boston’s neighborhoods. Nick strives to keep business straight to the point, and is focused on finding the quickest solution to client's needs, while still showcasing a comprehensive selection of apartments. Nick also has experience with first time homebuyers.

Sue Greenspon
Sales and Leasing Agent

Sue Greenspon became a licensed rental agent in 2004 and has been renting Boston apartments for almost 5 years. She has lived in Boston, mostly in Brookline, for over 20 years. Sue believes in upholding friendly professionalism; being accessible to all her clients' questions; and service with a smile. Referrals and repeat business are a real estate agent's greatest compliment, and Sue aims to ensure her clients feel good about every aspect of their rental experience, especially their new home.
